Responsibilities of Department or Committee: |
| To evaluate projects within
the Conservation Commission’s jurisdiction and to regulate each project so
the attendant activities are analyzed and implemented according to the best
scientific techniques and management practices. |
| The Conservation Commission is
charged with enforcing the Mass. Wetland Protection Act MGL Chapter 131
Section 40 and the Sutton Wetlands and Riverfront District Administration
