Request for Services
Owner’s Project Manager Middle School/High School
The Town of Sutton seeks Services of a qualified “Owner’s Project Manager” as defined in Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149 Section 44A ½ and in accordance with specifications to provide Project Management Services for the design, construction, addition to and/or renovation of the Sutton Middle School/High School in Sutton, Massachusetts.
RFS’s may be obtained at the Town Administrator’s Office, Second Floor, 4 Uxbridge Road, Sutton, MA 01590, between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday-Thursday and Friday 9:00am-12noon until scheduled opening of Proposals.
Fifteen (15) hard copies of the response to this Request for Services and one electronic version in PDF format on CD of the Proposal shall be submitted and addressed to the Town Administrator, 4 Uxbridge Road, Sutton, MA 01590 no later than 10:00am Wednesday March 11, 2009.
The fee will be negotiated with the successful bidder.
The town of Sutton reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, or to reject any and all bids, or to accept proposals deemed to be in the best interest of the town of Sutton.
