Mission Statement
The Town of Suttons' Cable Advisory Board established the Sutton Community Television (SCTV) organization for the purpose of developing, overseeing, and ongoing development of equipment, facilities and personnel required to foster the creation of TV programs to be aired on Sutton Public Access stations.
