The Fiscal 2011 1st and 2nd quarter real estate & personal property tax bills have been issued. The bills were mailed on July 1, 2010. The bill you will receive contains both the 1st and 2nd quarter remit coupons. The 1st quarter real estate & personal property tax bills are due on or before Monday, August 2nd, 2010. The 2nd quarter real estate & personal property tax bills are due on or before Monday, November 1st, 2010.
The 3rd & 4th quarter real estate tax bills are scheduled be issued on or before January 1st, 2011. The 3rd quarter real estate & personal property tax bills are due on or before Tuesday, February 1st, 2011 and the 4th quarter real estate & personal property tax bills are due on or before Monday, May 2nd, 2011.
