Flu Clinic hosted by the Sutton Board of Health

The Sutton Board of Health will be hosting a Flu Clinic on:

Tuesday, October 11, 2022
From  4:00 PM to 6:30 PM
at Sutton Town Hall

ANYONE OVER 9 YEARS OF AGE  

VACCINE TYPE:  Influenza, Injectable, Quadrivalent

SELF-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.  

• Please Wear a Short-Sleeved Shirt
• Bring Glasses
• Bring ALL Insurance Cards – Primary and Medicare/etc.
• Wearing a Mask is Strongly Encouraged
