Lackey Dam Road - Sutton/Douglas/Uxbridge
Blackstone Logistics is a 640,000 ft² warehouse distribution facility proposed to be located at 40 and 100 Lackey Dam Road in the Town of Uxbridge but also sitting on adjacent land in Sutton and Douglas. The public hearing for this project began on February 11, 2021 was continued through several nights of public hearing to June 17, 2021 on which date the Planning Board approved the applications before them with 37 conditions.
