Municipal Lien Certificate

The cost of a municipal lien certificate is $ 50.00

Please include the following on your requests:

  • Current assessed owner
  • Address of the parcel
  • Map & parcel number
  • Check for $ 50.00, payable to the Town of Sutton
  • A return self addressed and postage paid envelope for the return of your certificate.

If you do not have a map & parcel, please contact the Assessor’s Office at 508-865-8722. They will provide you with the information needed to complete your request.
