A COVID BOOSTER (PFIZER BIVALENT BOOSTER) CLINIC is AVAILABLE TO ALL Sutton Residents in UPTON

Location:  Nipmuc Regional High School – 90 Pleasant Street – Upton, MA 

Vaccine Offered:  PFIZER BIVALENT BOOSTER

This is the only vaccine being offered at this clinic – Flu Vaccine is not being offered at this clinic – do not click FLU when you follow the below link to register – it will state no appointments available for flu  

REGISTRATION REQUIRED – PLEASE FIND THE LINK BELOW TO REGISTER –  Please note that you must enter the date of your LAST COVID VACCINE

  • Bring Glasses
  • Bring ALL Insurance Cards – Primary and Medicare/etc.
  • Wearing a Mask is Strongly Encouraged  
  • BRING YOUR COVID VACCINE CARD(S)

SPECIAL NOTE:  If you choose to register for this clinic please make sure that you receive a vaccine card – the Sutton Board of Health will not have these records.  You will need to contact your primary care physician if you need records at a later time.
