Fiscal 2026 Approved Tax Rate

The Select Board approved an equal tax rate for all classes of taxable property.
As of November 2025 all tax rates have been approved by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue
Town of Sutton approved @ $11.55 per $1,000
Wilkinsonville Water District approved @ $0.31 per $1,000
Manchaug Water District approved @ $1.64 per $1,000
